These General Conditions apply to website visitors Ordemdosmagos.pt as well as any commercial transactions carried out through the Ordem dos Magos virtual store available there.
Navigation on the site, as well as the purchase of any product on the Ordem dos Magos, implies the acceptance of these General Conditions in their entirety by the User and the Customer.
The Customer, when ordering, certifies that he is at least 18 years old.
Ordem dos Magos reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions without prior notice, any changes being published on the website Ordemdosmagos.pt.

The website Ordemdosmagos.pt is registered under the “Regulation for the registration of .COM domains/subdomains” and is owned by ODM, Unipessoal Lda., headquartered at Rua Antero de Quental, 163 4050-057 Porto, Portugal and Nif. 509427103.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible, and may not be exactly the same as the products delivered to the Customer. Product information is provided by the manufacturer and we do not assume any responsibility for the information provided.
The Ordem dos Magos is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any information, content, statements or expressions that appear in the texts of the articles sold on the site. Ordemdosmagos.pt. The authorship of the content of the product descriptions is the responsibility of the manufacturers and distributors of the articles in question.
The photographs presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We recommend that you consult product details for information about its features.
PRICES AND VAT
Ordem dos Magos intends to offer its customers the best prices on the online market. The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. Purchases made by customers outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. There may be a need to charge additional services to the shipping costs, depending on the product(s) and delivery area.
Despite the efforts of Ordem dos Magos, some products may be incorrectly priced, so we check prices whenever we process orders. If the product price is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference.
If the price is higher, we will inform the Customer by email and await his decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.
All items shown on this site are available unless typographical error or out of stock. In case of price changes, the products are invoiced at the current price at the time of order registration.
Ordem dos Magos reserves the right to change product prices and specifications at any time.
SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
We ship orders to Portugal (Continental and Islands), Spain and Brazil, in Ctt Registered by hand (up to 2kg) and Ctt Parcels (over 2kg).
If CTT is unable to deliver, a Delivery Notice is left in the mailbox and the order is placed at the post office closest to the recipient address.
At the time of delivery, we advise our customers to check the condition of the packaging in which their order was transported in the presence of the courier in order to confirm that it arrived in good condition. In case of damage or if the package shows signs of having been opened, the customer must refuse the order, indicating to the courier the reason for the refusal. You must then contact us and tell us what happened so that we can file a claim with the carrier. A new order will be shipped as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Any return or exchange of items must respect the following condition:
Refund of items in good condition (in sales conditions), with original unbroken packaging, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund.
You have a period of 15 days after receiving the order to exchange or return.
If you want to exchange or return any of your items, please contact our Customer Support via email. geral@orderdosmagos.com, communicating the intention to exchange or return, indicating the order number or invoice number, products to be returned and reason. After this contact, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return. In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received.
After contacting our Customer Support and having been given the return/exchange instructions, you must send us the item properly packaged, and under the conditions mentioned above.
If you choose to exchange the product, we inform you that the shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers injured by the transport or technical problem of the product. In these cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the Ordem dos Magos. The exchange will only be carried out after checking the condition of the product and fulfilling the conditions described above.
If you choose to return the amount, we inform you that the shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers injured by the transport or technical problem of the product. In these cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the Ordem dos Magos.
Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason that led to the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The return will only be made after checking the condition of the product and fulfilling the conditions described above.
RESPONSIBILITY
Ordem dos Magos is not responsible for damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the operating system that may temporarily prevent access to navigation or the provision of services to Users.
The Ordem dos Magos declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is up to the Customer to check with the local authorities the conditions of importation or use of the products that he intends to order.
OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS
The Customer and the User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. In particular, they undertake to fulfill the following obligations:
1) It is prohibited to introduce, store or disseminate content that is defamatory, obscene, injurious, xenophobic and/or of any other nature that violates the general principles of law and public order;
2) Keep, and not disclose, your password to enter the site in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account on Ordemdosmagos.pt;
3) Do not use false identities;
4) To provide personal data and correct addresses so that the Ordem dos Magos can properly process orders;
The Client is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to Ordem dos Magos and undertakes to immediately insert any changes thereto in his Registration Account.
Ordem dos Magos declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.
The use of this site is subject to the conditions of use pre-defined by the Ordem dos Magos.
Users are therefore expressly prohibited from transmitting messages or information that are injurious, misleading, defamatory, obscene or that violate, in any way, the right to privacy or the intellectual or industrial property of third parties, as well as the provision of any information that may be harmful to third parties or to the owner of the website.
Ordem dos Magos reserves the right to delete the user account that materializes any of these situations.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT COUPONS
Periodically, Ordem dos Magos presents marketing campaigns, promotions, discounts and discount coupons announced on the website itself.
Discount coupons are transferable, but only one can be used per purchase, unless specified on the discount coupon itself. Value discount coupons can only be applied to items with a value greater than the discount coupon itself. Promotions, discounts and discount coupons cannot be combined. Value discount coupons cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item to which the value discount coupon has been applied following the normal return procedure, as described in the section dedicated to 'Exchanges and Returns'. Once your return is accepted, the respective code will be reset to its original value. The price difference between the value discount coupon and the item you purchased will be refunded in full, following the normal return procedure.
Ordem dos Magos reserves the right to change its promotional policy & discount coupons at any time without prior notice.
STOCK BREAK
In the event of a temporary out of stock, the customer's order will be on hold until delivery can be ensured. When this situation occurs, the Customer will be informed, through the e-mail with which he registered. If your order includes products with immediate and non-immediate availability, you can split your order. For this, contact the Customer Support Service to have them delivered separately. If you do not want to wait for product availability, you must send an email to geral@orderdosmagos.com, with order number, item code and reason, and we will refund you the corresponding amount.
PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this site is the property of ODM UNIPESSOAL LDA. Intellectual property legislation grants exclusive rights to this content.
Therefore, ODM, UNIPESSOAL LTD. prohibits partial or total use by third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing in this regard. Consequently, the total or partial reproduction, by any physical or electronic means, of the website content Ordemdosmagos.pt is expressly prohibited.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE
Ordem dos Magos reserves the right to make changes without prior notice that it deems appropriate on its website, being able to change, delete or add content and services provided.
APPLICABLE LAW
All purchases made on the site Ordemdosmagos.pt are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
If our client is outside mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal process must be referred to the Portuguese Courts.
